Imogene Hannah Sullivan, age 80 of Moundville, passed away January 2, 2023 at home. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 6, 2023 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Ray Sullivan officiating and Magnolia Chapel South directing.
Wildfire conditions across Alabama continue to worsen, as the Alabama Forestry Commission (AFC) reported 80 wildfires burning 3,782 acres during the week of April 13–19. On Wednesday, April 8, officers from the Greensboro Police Department, Demopolis Police, and the ATF assisted the Hale County Sheriff’s Office in the arrest of Harvell Johnson at his residence in the 5000 block of Highway 69 in Gallion.
