Arrests
February 23, 2026
Adarious Laprentice Means, 36, of Akron, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear.
February 24, 2026
Dekevion Williams, 23, of Greensboro, was arrested for probation violation and failure to appear.
February 26, 2026
Meoshia C. Armstead, 33, of Akron, was arrested for two counts of truancy and violation of the Parent Responsibility Act (adult).
LaAlfred Carter, 39, of Greensboro, was arrested for three counts of possession of a controlled substance, bond revoked, and possession of marijuana first degree.

Rendell Orlando Gilbert, 49, of Sawyerville, was arrested for domestic violence third degree/assault third degree.
February 28, 2026
Larry Tyrone Wynn, 38, of Tuscaloosa, was arrested for failure to appear.
Tommy Lee Allen, 59, of Greensboro, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear.
Johnathan Terrell Paige, 30, of Tuscaloosa, was arrested for theft of property third degree, attempted forgery third degree, and failure to appear.

Quintae Oneal Ward, 20, of Demopolis, was arrested for a fishing violation.

Unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported on Hines Road near Sawyerville.

Burglary third degree and theft of property were reported on County Road 54 near Greensboro.
A miscellaneous report was taken on County Road 36 near Akron.
Receiving stolen property second degree and possession of a controlled substance were reported on Castlewood Drive near Greensboro.
