The Greensboro Police Department is investigating a report that a mayoral candidate was seen removing campaign signs in the Lions Park area on June 12.

According to the weekly incident reports provided by the department, officers responded after receiving a complaint about the candidate removing signage. The report did not specify whose signs were involved or whether any laws were violated.
