HCSD reports arrests for domestic violence, FTA

Hale County Sheriff’s Department released the following report of the department’s recent activities:

Arrests:
February 24, 2025
Warkela Johnson, 50, of Uniontown, was arrested for second-degree assault.
Devon S. James, 52, of Greensboro, was arrested for third-degree domestic violence.

February 25, 2025
Hurtis Lee Lewis, 69, of Sawyerville, was arrested for menacing.

February 26, 2025
Shaneice Euvenia Macrea Patterson, 25, of Marion, was arrested for failure to appear.

Quincy Oneal Bryant, 34, of Greensboro, was arrested for chemical endangerment of a child.
Latrenda Ash, 30, of Greensboro, was also arrested for chemical endangerment of a child.
Matthew Bowen, 37, of Moundville, was arrested for failure to appear.
Fredrick Dates, 45, of Greensboro, was arrested for driving under the influence.

March 1, 2025
Javaries Deon Jackson, 28, of Forkland, was arrested for failure to appear.

Incidents:

Public intoxication was reported on Correction Drive near Greensboro.

February 28, 2025
Third-degree domestic violence was reported on Thomas Lane near Greensboro.

Third-degree theft of property was reported on Indian Hill Road near Moundville.
