Nfinity Enterprises, an LLC based in Hale County, is suing the City of Akron for alleged failure to pay for services rendered. In March 2022, Nfinity Enterprises, through its sole member Chester Robinson, claims to have entered into a contract with the City of Akron for services related to grass cutting, maintenance, tree removal, and other landscaping services at Akron’s waste water lagoon. The contract set an hourly rate for all described duties. The contract also allegedly laid out payment terms and invoice protocol. Nfinity says it performed the agreedupon services for the City of Akron from April until October of 2022. Nfinity claims it submitted all payment invoices pursuant to the contract. The business says the City of Akron has failed and/or refused to pay these invoices. The amount allegedly owed to Nfinity Enterprises is $138,600. The suit seeks payment for services rendered in addition to other damages and court costs.
