On February 1, the Hale County College & Career Academy (HCCCA) Robotics team showcased their skills and teamwork at the Wallace Selma VEX V5 Robotics Tournament. The team competed in six intense qualifying matches, collaborating with various alliances from high schools across the state. Their impressive performance throughout the day led them all the way to the quarterfinals and semifinals, culminating in an exciting victory as tournament champions.

This remarkable achievement not only highlights the team’s dedication and hard work but also earns them a coveted spot in the upcoming Alabama State Region Tournament, set to take place on February 15-16 at Auburn University.

With this success, the team is more determined than ever to continue their journey toward even greater achievements in the robotics world. Congratulations to the entire team for their outstanding performance, and best of luck as they head to Auburn University for the State Region Tournament!
