Hale County Sheriff’s Department released the following report of the department’s recent activities:
Arrests:
December 17, 2024
Bernard Jones, 50, of Ensley, was arrested for possession of marijuana 1st degree and failure to appear.
December 19, 2024
Timothy L. Brantley, 35, of Sawyerville, was arrested for child support.
December 20, 2024
Henry Lee Conner, 68, of Greensboro, was arrested for possession of marijuana 1st degree.
December 22, 2024
Quenton Terrell Cross, 46, of Moundville, was arrested for driving under the influence, attempting to elude, and resisting arrest. Roy Lavell Dixon, 31, of Moundville, was arrested for attempting to elude and resisting arrest.
December 23, 2024
Alishia Sams, 39, of Demopolis, was arrested for failure to appear. David M. Thomas, 40, of Northport, was arrested for child support.
December 24, 2024
Cleon Demetrius Fields, 49, of Greensboro, was arrested for driving under the influence.
December 26, 2024
Johnny Fowler, 54, of Tuscaloosa, was arrested for failure to appear (two counts).
Incidents:
December 16, 2024: A case of theft of property in the first degree was reported on County Road 7 near Greensboro.
A car fire was reported on County Road 34 near Akron.
December 17, 2024: An incident of identity theft was reported on County Road 21 near Greensboro.
December 19, 2024: A domestic incident was reported on County Road 35 near Sawyerville.
December 21, 2024: A case of criminal mischief was reported on Jones Farm Road near Newbern.
