Kaliera Tarshae Foster, a 25-year-old resident of Uniontown, has been charged with two felonies stemming from an alleged incident involving a minor that occurred earlier this year. According to court records filed in Perry County, Foster is accused of first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree sodomy.
The charges relate to an incident on March 1, 2024, at a residence on Old Hamburg Road in Uniontown. The allegations involve a 12-year-old victim.
